You’ll get a special box including one or two specialized loose leaf teas every month. Each tea will come in 50 grams in fresh vacuum pack.
Can I try for alpine teas first before subscription?
There's always a first time for alpine teas. Tourist Plan is your best answer, where you get to try all the popular alpine teas Taiwan is best known for.
Do I have to pay the shipping cost?
ZERO! All the subscription plans are free of shipping charge and you can simply pick up the tea box at your doorstep each month.
How do I get free bonus for my tea box?
When you subscribe to Explorer or Adventurer Tea Plans for more than 6 months, you will receive a free bonus in the 6th tea box that makes you easily fall in love with artisan teas.
When will I receive my first box?
We will ship your first tea box within 3 working days after you subscribe. Your subsequent boxes will be shipped after a month from your last shipment date.
If I like the tea I received, can I have more of it in my next box?
Generally in six months you will try all the tea varieties in your Tea Plan. We welcome you to let us know your favorites and we will include these in your 7th and subsequent tea boxes.
Is there a side effect of drinking Alpine Teas?
I really wish I can lie and say no, but please be warned that you might no longer tolerate astringent teas after trying one of the world's most prestigious teas.
